Back Lift
A bra line lift is usually used to correct folds of the back. This problem required another approach. I suspect the scars will be very acceptable after about one year. This photo is about 3 1/2 months postop.

This is a 54-year-old woman who has had implants for many years. She is shown 10 months after implant removal and breast lift. She has a depression of her right inner breast because of minimal breast tissue. No tissue was removed. The overall nice effect of the lift is maintained.
